Alba Rovira Ayuso has built a strong basketball career defined by leadership, scoring ability, and international experience. Born in Valencia, Spain, she began playing at just 10 years old at her school before being recruited by Picken Claret, where she won two regional championships and helped the club reach fourth place at the Spanish National Championship. She was later selected for the Spanish youth national teams, gaining recognition as one of the promising guards in her generation.
After beginning her college career at Fairleigh Dickinson University, were she won a conference title, Rovira Ayuso transferred to Academy of Art University, where she quickly became one of the top players in the PacWest Conference. During the 2023–24 season, she earned PacWest Newcomer of the Year honors while averaging 13.9 points per game and ranking among the conference leaders in three-pointers made. Known for her versatility, energy, and clutch scoring, she has also received multiple Athlete of the Week recognitions throughout her collegiate career.
